Information for speakers of free lectures

Authors who submitted abstracts were informed by email on July 14, 2021 whether their contribution was accepted.

Your presentation takes place - preferably in presence.
Your abstract will also be published as on-demand video and can be accessed by participants at any time until November 30, 2021.

Your presentation time is 10 minutes, 2 minutes for discussion. The lectures will be held in German.

Presentation upload

Please upload your presentation (PowerPoint slides) to the upload server by September 13, 2021.

For this purpose, you were contacted on August 11, 2021 by our service provider DocumediaS GmbH with your personal login to the upload server.

In any case (presence or virtual participation) an upload of the presentation slides is necessary!

Disclosure of potential conflicts of interest

Please add to your lecture the information concerning the disclosure of potential conflicts.

Lectures for marketing purposes or business presentations are not permitted. Employees of industrial companies are not allowed to present the lecture.

Registration and travel costs

The submission of an abstract does not replace the registration to the congress

The congress fee for your presentation day is EUR 100.00.

We will submit your name and email to our registration partner event lab. GmbH. With regard to registration and participation (presence or virtual), you will be contacted again at event lab. GmbH.

We hope that your personal participation will fill the annual meeting with lively on-site meetings in this new hybrid format as well.

You cannot reimburse your travel and accommodation costs.

No-Show Policy for free lectures

If a poster or free lecture is without excuse on the annual meeting, the first author will be suspended on the next annual meeting for the registration of inputs!
In order to meet the schedule, all speakers are asked not to exceed the predetermined speech time. The lectures will be held in German.
